CD Mailer Description
Mailers can be sent in the post with no need for additional packaging. The CD Mailer is designed to minimise postage costs, as it’s dimensions fall under ‘Letter’, In line with Royal Mail’s ‘Pricing in Proportion’ – a cost to send of only 36p each. The CD Mailer can be printed with pre-paid postage as either a PPI (Printed Postage Impression), or franking stamp (for short runs). The pack is sealed with a self seal tear strip. Simply apply an address labels and off they go!

Our standard mailer pack can hold a variety of products, e.g. 2x discs and a business card, 1x disc and an A4 letter and a business card, 1x disc and a booklet/brochure and a business card - the options are endless.

Trigger Pack Description
The Trigger Pack is also know as an Ejector Case. They are lightweight and virtually unbreakable and have a unique trigger mechanism which when pushed ejects the CD half way out. Push it back in and the locking arms snap it securely in place.

Trigger Pack Sleeves and Inserts
Trigger Packs are available in a wide range of colours including blue, black, green and red. The standard Trigger Pack holds one CD. There is also a booklet version that allows the front cover to hold a printed booklet of up to 8 pages.

Super Jewel Case Description
The standard super jewel box has exactly the same dimensions as the standard jewel case but with rounded corners. the flip tray version comes ready assembled and there is also a slim version.

Super Jewel Case Sleeves and Inserts
As well as the standard Super Jewel Case which can hold one or two discs, there is also a flip tray, multi and a slim version.

Super Jewel Case Variations
Booklets of up to 50 pages can be used in the front of the Super Jewel Case however the rear insert is a separate paper part, with three folding edges creating spines on three sides.

Slider Pack Description
The Slider Pack is made from high quality card and has a double draw opening system. On opening the integrated sliding drawers reveal the DVD and booklet.

Slider Pack Variations
As standard the Slider Pack will hold one DVD and a booklet. However, the design can be custom designed to various shapes and sizes.

Slider Pack Sleeves and Inserts
The Slider Pack has a fully printable outer sleeve. The pack can also house a variety of print inserts, such as an A5 size booklet.

DVD Jakebox Description
The JakeBox is an eco friendly packaging product. Its most significant characteristic is the folded "claw" that holds the disc, and in an eye-catching way unfolds itself, presenting the disc, lifting it up and making it easily accessible.

DVD JakeBox Variations
Standard JakeBox is either CD/DVD size. The standard Jakebox is printed with either a flat closed front panel, or a pocket to house a booklet. If you’re on a budget or need a quick turnaround you can order pre-printed Jakebox’s in black or white with an open window front panel. These can be branded to your requirements by inserting a card panel/booklet, which will be visible on the front.
