HDC Media offer a CD printing service without the duplication or replication process. This means we can supply print only CDs from 50+, which you can copy data on as and when required. We only use high quality CDs and print directly onto the CD using the latest CD printing machines.

Printing Methods
We can print your disc using a variety of methods, depending on your artwork be it; images, Pantone spot colours (including metallics), full colour, mono colour, silver base etc. With a choice of production methods and finishes: inkjet, digital, screen, litho, gloss finish, matt finish, inkjet printable surface – and with 11 years experience in printing, we can help choose the best method to compliment your project. CD Jakebox Description
The JakeBox is an eco friendly packaging product. Its most significant characteristic is the folded "claw" that holds the disc, and in an eye-catching way unfolds itself, presenting the disc, lifting it up and making it easily accessible.

CD JakeBox Sleeves and Inserts
Standard JakeBox is either CD/DVD size. The standard Jakebox is printed with either a flat closed front panel, or a pocket to house a booklet. If you’re on a budget or need a quick turnaround you can order pre-printed Jakebox’s in black or white with an open window front panel. These can be branded to your requirements by inserting a card panel/booklet, which will be visible on the front.

CD JakeBox Variations
The JakeBox can house a variety of inserts and booklets. To create an impressive finish to the JakeBox, you can add the product into a full colour slipcase.

CD Mailers - CD Packaging

CD Mailer Description
Mailers can be sent in the post with no need for additional packaging. The CD Mailer is designed to minimise postage costs, as it’s dimensions fall under ‘Letter’, In line with Royal Mail’s ‘Pricing in Proportion’ – a cost to send of only 36p each. The CD Mailer can be printed with pre-paid postage as either a PPI (Printed Postage Impression), or franking stamp (for short runs). The pack is sealed with a self seal tear strip. Simply apply an address labels and off they go!

CD Mailer Sleeves and Inserts
Our standard mailer pack can hold a variety of products, e.g. 2x discs and a business card, 1x disc and an A4 letter and a business card, 1x disc and a booklet/brochure and a business card - the options are endless.
